✔ You must be at least 13 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the App. If you are using the App on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.
✔ To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account.
✔ You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
✔ You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account and to promptly update any information to keep it accurate.
✔ The App provides a platform for users to browse, purchase, and sell products or services.
✔ The App acts as a facilitator connecting buyers and sellers. We do not own or control the products or services listed on the App and are not responsible for the actions or omissions of the sellers.
✔ You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
✔ You will not use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App's functionality.
✔ As a seller, you are responsible for accurately describing your products or services, providing accurate pricing and shipping information, and fulfilling orders in a timely manner.
✔ As a buyer, you are responsible for reviewing product or service descriptions, verifying prices and shipping information, and making informed purchasing decisions.
✔ The App may facilitate payments for products or services. All payment transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the payment processor.
✔ You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize the App to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
✔ We do not store or have access to your payment information, and we shall not be liable for any unauthorized use or disclosure of your payment information.
✔ We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to such collection and processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
✔ We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Agreement in the App.
✔ Your continued use of the App after the posting of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
